Fresh Haven Cleaning Co. Policy

At Fresh Haven Cleaning Co., we offer all new clients a 30-minute trial with two dedicated cleaners, which provides the equivalent of 1 hour of deep cleaning in one area of your home. For residential clients, we require a $50 deposit for the trial, which will be credited towards your final deep cleaning if you choose to proceed.

This trial is available only to clients who are genuinely seeking cleaning services, and it guarantees your satisfaction before we move forward with the job. If you decide not to continue with the cleaning after the trial, the $50 deposit will be considered payment for the cleaners, as they will have been compensated for their time. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable.

Should you decide to proceed with the deep cleaning and are not satisfied with the results, our policy is to have the cleaners return to address any areas of concern until you are completely satisfied. They may come back the same day or the following day.

Please be aware that residential and commercial cleaning services have different pricing structures. All pricing will be discussed and agreed upon based on your specific requests and requirements.

As we primarily serve clients in the CBD area, there may be additional charges for services outside this zone. This is due to the travel required for our cleaners to gather supplies and tools before heading to your location. The gas allowance fee will be based on the cost of an Uber ride to and from your location back to Perth. If your area is not within walking distance of the CBD, we are happy to accept the job, provided you agree to cover this additional cost.
